WASO & ANAM: Symphony of a Thousand

A work of imaginative genius, Mahler’s monumental work is a joyous celebration of the creative spirit and an uplifting, exultant testament to eternal love and our shared humanity. These will be the first performance of Mahler’s monumental symphony in Western Australia.
Calling for huge orchestral forces, massed choirs, and a host of exceptional soloists, the sheer magnitude of this unparalleled fusion of symphony and song will leave an indelible mark on audience and performers. This will be a unique, once-in-a-generation experience for the ANAM musicians taking part.
