MSO Masterclass: Lu Siqing (violin)

Lu Siqing began his studies at the Yehudi Menuhin School when he was 11; in 1987 this Chinese-born musician became the first violinist from any Asian country to win First Prize at Italy’s Paganini International Violin Competition. He is President of The Menuhin School’s new branch in Qingdao, China.

Presented by some of the world's leading instrumentalists and pedagogues, these masterclasses provide an opportunity for you to get up-close in an 'open lesson' environment.

Masterclasses offer priceless insights into the secrets that lie behind a great performance – and unique learning opportunities for music lovers and aspiring musicians alike.
