Shopping with confidence and protection against online fraud

The Australian National Academy of Music is committed to the highest standards of online shopping security, to ensure our customers can shop with confidence, and with the most up-to-date safeguards against online fraud.

We have taken active steps to help ensure your confidential details are protected throughout the online shopping process, and use state-of-the-art technology to assist us in reaching these goals.

How does it work?

When you make an online purchase with use, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology to accept all payment details, including your name, credit card number and expiry date. SSL makes it virtually impossible for a third party to intercept any information you send to us.

Once you have submitted your order, your payment details are separated from your order and passed directly to your financial institution via our Camtech Payment Gateway. The Camtech Payment Gateway is fortified with protections such as dual firewalls and enciphers to prevent anyone other than the Australian National Academy of Music and your bank from viewing your details.

Once your bank receives your payment details, the Camtech Payment Gateway receives an instant response to confirm that the transaction has been approved or declined. Our final receipt page will display this response from the bank.
