Currently there are two position vacant:

FUNDRAISING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (.6 EFT)

As a member of ANAM’s management group, the Fundraising and Development Manager will contribute to the general management and strategic planning of ANAM.

The principal focus of the role will be to:

  • Develop and implement the organisation’s fundraising strategy through the execution of activities and campaigns;
  • Develop and nurture donor relationships, and service and activate existing supporters; identify and cultivate new philanthropic and corporate partners;
  • Conduct research, reporting and analysis to understand trends and effectiveness of fundraising activity;
  • Manage staff;
  • Manage department budget.

MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER (.6 EFT) 

As a member of ANAM’s management group, the Marketing and Communications Manager will contribute to the general management and strategic planning of ANAM.

The principal focus of the role will be to:

  • Develop the company’s local, national and international profile;
  • Broaden and build the company’s audience and supporter base to maximise ticket sales and other revenue opportunities;
  • Develop institutional marketing and branding campaigns that significantly increase community awareness of ANAM and its activities;
  • Manage and nurture key media relationships;
  • Manage staff;
  • Manage department budget.
